Support HSEC

Elevating excellence

The new state-of-the-art Health Sciences Education Center was funded with $66 million from the Minnesota State Legislature and a more than $30 million commitment from the University.

The generous philanthropic support of our donors provides the margin of excellence that makes it possible for the very best in experiential learning and interaction to happen inside this remarkable new facility.

Philanthropic support ensures University of Minnesota health sciences students are learning from the latest technology, comprehensive resources, and robust programming. Top-notch offerings enable us to attract the best and brightest students from Minnesota and for Minnesota, train them in the most effective ways, and send them out to be the very best health care providers and innovators for our state.

Giving and naming opportunities

Whether you wish to make a gift to the HSEC Building Fund, or would like to learn more about naming a specific room inside the building, connecting with the University of Minnesota Foundation is your first step.

Naming opportunities are available and can support the HSEC Building Fund, or specific areas within the facility, such as M Simulation or the Health Sciences Libraries. There is also a special opportunity for those who may wish to make a split gift in support of HSEC and an area of student support, such as scholarships, and receive a naming for the full amount of your gift.

We welcome your partnership in bringing this new facility to life and in transforming health care.
